HRSS is Human Resources Self Service and gives employers the opportunity to delegate certain tasks while maintaining an overview. You are able to gain insight into the HR data of the entire global organization, implement changes and run reports. Leave and absence reports are easily created, because the HR administration of all countries is integrated. Through authorization levels you can determine who gets which rights and manage the processes within your environment yourself.
Within the HR environment, HRSS is the highest user level. You have access to your overview page and the possibility to set it up according to your personal needs, including preferred language. Data you use the most can be prioritized and data you rarely use can be hidden.
